What happens at church? Great question! The short answer is we worship God but how we do that is by helping you learn about God, discover He loves you, then help you live out the love you have for Him in your daily life. It all begins with worship and study. Check out these brief descriptions of Sunday and Wednesday services and don't forgive you can watch our Sunday morning worship live stream each week.
Sunday Mornings
Small Groups (All Ages) 10:00 am, Worship & Children's Church 11:00 am
SMALL GROUPS (10 am): These are the groups that meet on Sunday morning at 10:00 am, before worship and this is the ideal place to start. Here people are grouped by their age (from nursery to senior adult) and discover who God truly is. We learn how the Bible lays out God's redemptive narrative with Jesus as the Hero, our salvation as the goal, and eternal glory as the result. By using the Gospel Project curriculum, all ages study the same part of the biblical narrative at the same time (at their appropriate level) allowing you to have one conversation with your entire family on what you learned on Sunday. Our morning worship is also designed to build off the same theme, giving you a total worship experience like no other.
WORSHIP (11 am): Our Sunday morning worship starts with all ages gathered together in the sanctuary for a time of praise and worship. Featuring a mix of contemporary music from our praise team, traditional hymns, congregational prayer, and fellowship. It's a special time of focusing on the majesty and wonder of Jesus Christ as a community of faith.
After the praise and worship portion of our service, children from 3 years to 5th grade are invited to go back to our children's church where they are taught a lesson by one of our amazing children's teachers and enjoy crafts, music, and more. Of course, if they would prefer to stay in the main service they are more than welcome. Our nursery is also open throughout the service for any child, from birth to three years old.
After our praise and worship end in the main sanctuary, our pastor brings a message from the Bible to help you see how God's truth and love work in your life, your family, and our church. Often His messages build off what our small groups are discussing, so while you do not have to be a part of our small groups to be blessed by the preaching, you do have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding if you chose to take part.
Sunday Afternoon
Various
We often hold fellowship meals after Sunday worship, and our men and women meet regularly for specific studies, fellowship, prayer, or to be of service to others.
Wednesday Night
Kids and Youth Clubs, Adult Bible Study 7:00 pm
Wednesday night begins at 7:00 pm with all ages worshipping together in our sanctuary while our praise team leads us in praise and worship. Then the kids and youth dismiss into their clubs while the adults continue with a time of study and open discussion.
